At Direct Hospitality Supplies the safety of our staff and customers is of the highest priority. Whilst in-store, please adhere to the 1.5m policy, and feel free to use our hand sanitiser.



Effective 11.59pm today, masks must be worn in-store at all times. All visitors to our store ie. customers, sales reps, delivery drivers, etc. must register via the displayed QR Code, alternatively, manually sign in on clipboard provided. Entry will not be permitted without signing in first (directive from the State Government). Please refer to



Our store is open to the public for the purchase of essential items.

For all customers over the age of 12, properly fitted face masks to be worn in-store at all times.

On entering the store, please check-in via our displayed QR Code sheet. Alternatively, please complete the form provided. Please note, all details are kept private and will not be shared.


Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, we are currently experiencing delays in delivery of orders due to the demand within the Australia Post system.
