Top Shelf Liqueurs is a range of flavourings inspired by liqueurs from all over the world. Each flavouring is beautifully presented in 50 ml (1.7 US fl oz) bottles.

Dry Vermouth Flavouring

Makes an Italian vermouth style spirit flavouring which can also be made with wine.

Mixing Instructions

Shake well and add contents and 450 ml (15 US fl oz) 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to 625 ml (21 US fl oz) water. Alternatively, reduce alcohol to 150 ml (5 US fl oz) and replace water with 925 ml (31 US fl oz) dry white wine.

Ingredients

Invert syrup, water, glucose syrup, flavourings, tartaric acid, colour (E150d), preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), colour (E104).
