Directions
All brewing equipment should be thoroughly cleaned prior to sanitising. Dilute SANITIZE at a rate of 30mls to one litre of water. An atomised pum spray is ideal for spraying all surfaces to be sanitised. Bottles are prepared by pouring from bottle to bottle shaking and inverting each time. No need to rinse. The process of bottle cleaning and sanitising is greatly eased by the use of a bottle rinsing pump and draining tree.
