Mangrove Jack’s Isinglass is used to improve clarity for crystal clear beer and wine. Isinglass will also remove unwanted compounds resulting in smoother flavour. Mangrove Jack’s 1 Litre Isinglass bottle is sufficient for 250 Litres of beer or wine.
- For 25 Litres extract 250 mL of beer or wine from the fermenter.
- Add 100 mL isinglass finings. Mix well then add mixture back into fermenter.
- Stir well.
- Leave 24-48 hours before bottling or kegging.
- Store refrigerated once opened.
