The Edge Design Detachable Seafood Shears are so easy to use! Simply insert the cutting edge into one extremity & cut towards you. To remove the small claw from shell fish such as crab & lobster, use the integrated grips. To cut through large claws, start by cutting through the large opening at the top of the claw & reposition the blade to cut across the claw. You can also cut through the tail of lobster by cutting from the end of the tail & then repeat on the other side to remove clean meat. These shears are detachable making it easy to clean.
