RAFT II – Food Safe, refrigeration, handy, pocket sized, digital probe thermometer. Two part unit has 1 meter of cable between the main unit and the probe. Probe clips to the side of the main unit. Plug-in and replaceable probe with reduced tip for fast response. Temperature range of -50 up to +200C.
